Happy Friday, Loves 💗 Valentine’s Day may be over but this doesn’t mean you can’t still indulge in healthy desserts like this creamy chocolate pudding. I love everything chocolate-y like the next girl but I’m not a fan of the overly processed or high sugar store-bought options. Nature provides us with so many amazing foods. All it takes is a little creativity to turn your favorite dessert into a more body-loving recipe.

Yoghurt for dessert has become my gem since being pregnant. I’m a big fan of coconut yoghurt but recently discovered cashew yoghurt. I find it to be a little bit lighter and thus sometimes easier to digest. Simply add some organic raw cacao powder, maybe a little maple syrup if you are on the sweeter side of life, and top with your favorite fruits. Et voilá, you have yourself the most decadent yet healthy chocolate dessert. Seriously, I couldn’t wait to be done with the photoshoot to finally dive in!

You know I’m very particular when it comes to food. Only the best is good enough. And with a luxury-loving Taurus growing inside of me, I’m even more drawn to high-class food. So, you can be certain that I’m only sharing the creme de la creme with you! But I stop raving now and let you get to it.
